My “go to” pesto recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- a large handful of basil (about 2 cups if you’re measuring)
- a large handful of cashews (can substitute for pine nuts or almonds)
- 4 cloves garlic
- juice from 1 lemon
- 3/4c olive oil
- salt
- pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- use a blender or food processor to blend all ingredients together
