We are salsa lovers and this recipe is a really simple one, it makes a huge batch that we keep in our fridge for up to 2 weeks!
- 28oz whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 or 2 fresh jalapenos *depending how spicy you like it. Remove seeds for less spice
- yellow or red onion (we prefer yellow)
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 cloves of garlic
- mix in blender and serve!
